Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Job Coach to join our team. The Job Coach will be responsible for providing job coaching, career counseling, and personalized support to clients. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, developing individual career plans, and assisting clients in building necessary skills to achieve their career goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with other team members, and participating in ongoing professional development.

• Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Coaching expertise and experience
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in personal and professional development is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote coaching sessions
