The Role
HUNGRY is seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager (CSM) who is passionate about strengthening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to our clients, focusing on retention, and account expansion through upselling, cross-selling and strategic relationship management. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Finance) to deliver seamless program execution, while proactively identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. This role requires a blend of relationship management, problem-solving, and growth-minded strategy, along with customer advocacy to build high-value, long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts driving retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and engagement meetings with client decision-makers, including C-Level executives, to align on goals and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop strategic account plans to increase client adoption, expand services (e.g. adding new service days, new products, new markets), and maximize revenue
- Partner with Sales on upselling/cross-selling strategies and negotiate contract renewals to secure long term commitments
- Monitor account health, track satisfaction metrics, and proactively address churn risks through tailored success plans
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Operations to ensure flawless delivery, high client satisfaction, and strong program performance
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product offerings, service delivery, and customer experience
- Serve as a trusted client advocate while balancing HUNGRY’s business objectives for a win-win partnership
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years in account management, client success, or sales roles with a strong track record of renewals and upselling
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and client retention by identifying opportunities, negotiating effectively, and managing a broad and diverse book of business
- Strong business acumen with experience conducting executive-level business reviews
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories up to 15% of the time, as needed for client meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
