Position : Programme Manager
Location & Travel : Glasgow (Remote but travelling as required)

Job Description:
- Matrix-manage approximately 7 team members, holding monthly portfolio/team reviews and ensuring agreed actions are tracked to completion.
- Lead the assigned programme/project portfolio, with 100% of required status reports and executive updates submitted by agreed deadlines and at least 95% of approved milestones delivered to target dates, subject to approved change control.
- Attend all scheduled customer meetings and act as the point of contact for customer escalations, acknowledging escalations within 1 working day and agreeing an action plan within 2 working days.
- Lead agreed transformation initiatives, with milestones, benefits and delivery dates documented and progress reviewed monthly.
- Actively contribute to Customer Delivery leadership activities and complete agreed leadership actions by their target dates.
- Develop the Small Projects Service Proposition, with agreed improvements documented, approved and implemented by the agreed end date.
- Maintain project discipline across 100% of the assigned portfolio by holding regular risk reviews, reviewing RAID logs weekly, applying change control, maintaining agreed reporting, and ensuring plans are updated to the required standards.
- Support ServiceNow adoption across the assigned portfolio, targeting 100% of applicable projects using ServiceNow for agreed project management and reporting activities by the agreed end date.
