Join our team as a Sales Executive - German speaking!
We are looking for a German speaking Sales Executive to play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into sales. You will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for consultative selling and building strong client relationships. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will contribute to business development, support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate data management through our CRM system.
Role And Responsibilities
- New Business Development - Identify and engage potential clients, converting leads into sales
- Lead Qualification & Conversion - Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a high conversion rate through consultative selling
- Client Engagement - Build rapport and trust with prospects and existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Sales Support - Collaborate with Sales Managers and external Business Partners to maximise sales opportunities
- Drive cross and upsell - Leverage relationships to sell into our Partner Brands, including Worknest (HR & H&S), Bulletproof/PenTestPeople (Cyber) and Vantify (Compliance)
- CRM Management - Accurately update and maintain sales data in HubSpot/Salesforce, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting
- Performance Tracking - Work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluency in German
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or professional services
- Experience in consultative selling and building client relationships
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
Desirable
- Knowledge of ISO standards or certification processes
- Experience in cross-selling or upselling additional services
