The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded IR professional who wants to own client relationships and help grow the firm.
This is not a support role. You will lead a portfolio of ASX clients day-to-day, provide strategic advice directly to CEOs and boards, and actively contribute to new business development. You will work closely with the Founder and have genuine autonomy from day one.

What You'll DoClient leadership: Lead day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of ASX-listed and pre-IPO clients. Build trusted relationships with CEOs, boards and senior executives. Provide clear, pragmatic advice on investor messaging, positioning and market engagement. Support clients through capital raises, roadshows and key inflection points. Day-to-day delivery includes investor materials (presentations, announcements, factsheets, Q&A documents), investor database management, and monitoring of market and peer activity.
Business development: Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities. Contribute to proposals, pitches and new business conversations. Help grow the firm's client base in a way that is consistent with our quality standards.
Strategic execution: Shape investor narratives and messaging frameworks. Oversee development of investor materials. Coordinate digital and media activity around material catalysts.
Internal contribution: Work closely with the Founder. Mentor junior team members. Contribute to improving systems and operating cadence as the firm scales.
Who This Role SuitsYou may currently be working as:
- A senior account executive or manager at an IR or financial PR agency
- An analyst or associate at a broking or corporate advisory firm looking for more client-facing exposure
- An in-house IR professional at an ASX-listed company who wants a more dynamic, multi-client environment
- A capital markets journalist looking to make the leap into IR
We are open to candidates earlier in their career who can demonstrate strong commercial instincts, excellent writing and genuine hunger to build.
What We're Looking For
- Solid grounding in ASX markets and listed company dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information quickly
- Commercial awareness and comfort working directly with senior executives
- Genuine interest in business development, not just delivery
- Ability to operate with autonomy and sound judgement
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships across brokers, fund managers or financial media
- Experience in resources or energy transition sectors
- Exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO processes
- Agency or multi-client experience
- CFA or similar qualifications desirable but not required
