About Us

As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with at least 7 years’ experience in asset finance, banking, or financial services. At Invigors Digital, you’ll be part of a collaborative, international team that thrives on solving complex challenges and driving digital change.

Your Role

As a key team member, you will help optimise business processes, bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, and support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

·        Business Process Analysis – Conduct detailed process analysis and requirements gathering aligned with strategic business goals.

·        Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to define and deliver functional specifications.

·        Workshop Facilitation – Lead and support workshops for gap analysis, solution evaluation, and business requirements clarification.

·        Project Support – Contribute to project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to help ensure timely delivery.

·        Cross-Functional Support – Assist with UAT, change management, and roll out activities to support system adoption and business readiness.

What You Bring:

·        7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, leasing, or banking.

·        Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for working across international teams and clients.

·        Strong industry knowledge of financial products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.

·        Hands-on project delivery experience across multi-stakeholder environments.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.

·        A degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.

·        A proactive, analytical mindset, with a keen eye for identifying improvements and solving problems.
