🎯 The Role

As Vice President of Sales – Alternatives / Fund Administration Services, you’ll lead new business development across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative asset classes.

You’ll own a national remit, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship expansion with top-tier fund managers, institutional investors, and fund administrators.

This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on sales leadership role for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting the alternative investment and fund administration sectors.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with fund managers, administrators, and institutional clients.
  • Partner with internal teams — Marketing, Product, and Client Success — to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within private markets to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership on market positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

🔍 What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within fund administration, alternative investments, or FinTech / SaaS serving private markets.
  • Deep understanding of fund accounting, investor reporting, and back- and middle-office operations for private markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders, including CFOs, COOs, and Managing Partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first, performance-oriented environment.
