Through accelerator-based irradiation and radiochemical processing, Iotron supports the supply of isotopes for research, clinical development, and emerging radiopharmaceutical therapies. Iotron collaborates with research institutions and pharmaceutical partners across North America and Europe to expand access to critical medical isotopes. In addition to its current copper-67 program, the company is actively developing capabilities to produce additional radionuclides to support the growing field of targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Office and Chief of Staff in a fast-paced growth-stage environment. This role will focus on creating structure and consistency around executive operations. The ideal candidate is highly systems-oriented and takes pride in building repeatable processes that reduce friction, anticipate needs, and protect leadership bandwidth.
Duties of this position include:
- Manage complex executive calendars for the CEO and Chief of Staff, including scheduling, prioritization, and proactive resolution of conflicts.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up items as requested.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and develop detailed executive itineraries.
- Plan and support internal team events, customer meetings, and other company gatherings.
- Process and track executive expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized digital files, records, and documentation systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and strengthen executive support systems.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and executive matters.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a growth-stage biotech, healthcare, or other fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgement, and operate independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, expense reporting systems, and other digital collaboration and file management tools.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

Employment Terms:
- Location: Remote; Eastern Time Zone working hours required, Indianapolis, IN, or Boston, MA a plus
- Hours: ~20 hours/week, with flexibility during peak periods
