This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is reshaping the future of learning and work. As a Leadership Coach, you’ll play a vital role in empowering business leaders and apprentices to unlock their full potential through expert coaching, mentoring, and development.

The Role

As the Leadership Coach, you will:

  • Guide apprentices to successfully and punctually complete their leadership programmes.
  • Deliver both group and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance learning outcomes and personal growth.
  • Adhere to the Coach Quality Framework, ensuring consistency and excellence across every session.
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivational learning environment that drives apprentice engagement and satisfaction.
  • Take full ownership of learner progress, proactively addressing challenges and providing tailored support where needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support Teams to review learner data and improve the overall coaching experience.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentice managers, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor programme health and partner with operations teams to implement timely interventions for at-risk learners.
  • Stay up to date with the latest leadership practices, learning innovations, andprogram updates to continually enhance your delivery.
  • Build trust and credibility with learners, drawing on your professional background, leadership experience, and industry insight.
  • Champion the Multiverse mission, helping apprentices connect to the purpose and impact of their learning journey.

About You

You are a passionate and experienced leadership coach who thrives on developing others and helping professionals grow their confidence and capability. You will:

  • Leadership & Coaching Expertise:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in leadership coaching.
  • Hold a professional qualification from a recognised body (e.g. ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, CMI).
  • Have industry experience applying leadership principles to create scalable, effective development programmes.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and leadership communication.
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology (desirable).
  • Coaching & Facilitation Capability:
  • Exhibit outstanding written, verbal, and on-camera communication skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels.
  • Have hands-on experience delivering formal coaching or training in leadership and personal development.
  • Be skilled in adapting communication styles to suit technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in virtual and interactive learning settings.
  • Commit to continuous professional development, keeping current with evolving leadership trends and coaching practices.
