About The Company:
Weâre a multi-discipline management consulting firm rapidly expanding our SME Business Advisory team. We partner with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them achieve meaningful growth, clarity, and results â and weâre now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with high EQ, strong personality, and genuine X-factor to join our growing team.
About the Role:
This isnât your typical âhard sellâ role â weâre looking for a farmer, not a hunter. Someone who thrives on building trust, nurturing relationships, and helping prospects uncover their real business potential.
As an SDR, youâll be the first point of contact for business owners exploring our services. Youâll qualify prospects, nurture them through our consultative process, and work closely with our marketing and lead generation teams to prepare clients for engagement with our Business Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads with care and insight
- Build meaningful relationships with business owners to understand their goals and challenges
- Re-engage and manage warm prospects through the sales funnel
- Coordinate pre- and post-onboarding communications
- Collaborate with the team to achieve activity and conversion targets
About You:
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine empathy in communication
- A warm, engaging personality with X-factor that naturally connects with others
- Experience selling services to business owners (consulting, advisory, or coaching preferred)
- Organised, proactive, and consistent in your approach
- Team player with strong communication and documentation skills
- Motivated by helping others succeed â not just closing the next deal
