As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral member of the finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, driving data-informed decision-making, and strengthening the company’s financial health. Responsibilities

  • Manage core accounting functions including reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable/payable, and billing.
  • Review transactions for compliance with GAAP and company policies, ensuring accurate expense allocation.
  • Analyze billing transactions and ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and budget variance reports.
  • Assist in designing and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support year-end audits and prepare tax-related schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations.
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience (Staff Accountant) or 5–8 years (Senior Accountant) in accounting or auditing; public accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in GAAP, financial statement preparation, and revenue recognition.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to process improvement and continuous learning
