In this role, you will drive inbound sales growth and develop strong relationships with clients, helping them understand the value of a cutting-edge SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable presenting solutions to a diverse range of customers. You will conduct product demos, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the sales process.   • Drive inbound lead generation and sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Advise customers on solutions and provide excellent customer service to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and execute email sequences, follow up on inquiries, and respond to client communications promptly.
  • Conduct online product demos showcasing platform features and benefits.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals while identifying opportunities to upsell existing customers.
  • Test and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and offer effective solutions.
  • Comfortable using technology platforms and sales tools to manage leads and workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy conducting online demos and interacting with clients from diverse industries.
