As an iOS Software Engineer, you will help build a next-generation AI-powered financial application designed to simplify how people manage, save, and grow their money. You will own the development of high-quality native iOS experiences, creating intuitive mobile journeys across payments, insurance, and financial services. Working closely with product and design teams, you will transform complex user needs into fast, reliable, and engaging mobile solutions. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift, delivering reliable experiences for real-world customers.
• Build intuitive mobile workflows across financial services, including payments, insurance, claims, renewals, and other customer journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to simplify complex user experiences and create seamless mobile interactions.
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile features are secure, stable, and performant.
• Improve application performance by optimizing crash rates, loading times, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Analyze user behavior, production issues, and analytics data to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences where they provide genuine value to users and enhance the overall journey.
• Maintain high engineering standards by writing clean, scalable code and addressing usability, reliability, and edge-case challenges proactively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience with strong expertise in Swift.
• Proven experience building and shipping production mobile applications used by real customers.
• Strong understanding of iOS development fundamentals, including SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and modern iOS architecture patterns.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, debugging production issues, and building reliable mobile applications.
• Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, usability, performance, and mobile interaction patterns.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Experience with Swift Package Manager, SQL/NoSQL databases, TensorFlow Lite, or on-device machine learning is an advantage.
• Portfolio examples such as app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of shipped work are highly valued.
