This role offers the opportunity to craft high-impact visual solutions for global marketing campaigns within an international creative team. You will translate complex product features into compelling designs that drive engagement, conversions, and customer trust. Collaborating closely with copywriters, videographers, and project managers, you will ensure that all visuals align with brand identity while supporting product- and market-specific objectives. This position emphasizes ownership, iteration, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will also mentor junior designers, leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows, and help set the standard for design excellence across campaigns. Accountabilities

• Develop impactful multi-channel advertising campaigns, analyzing briefs, audiences, and product context to drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriting, video, and project management, to generate innovative visual solutions
• Align design work with marketing strategy and product goals across diverse regions and channels
• Create visually compelling assets for various platforms, such as YouTube ads, Meta banners, blogs, emails, and other marketing materials
• Take ownership of creative decisions while iterating, refining, and testing concepts to maximize performance and impact
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows, explore new possibilities, and optimize efficiency
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth, feedback, and design excellence

Requirements

• Proven portfolio showcasing experience in marketing campaigns, branding, or multi-channel visual design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance design processes
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to high graphic design standards
• Experience mentoring or providing constructive feedback to less experienced designers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling ambiguity with ownership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in diverse teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English
