Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (EST or CST hours)
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Overtime: Possible weekend OT based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications
- Ensure exceptional customer relations are maintained
- Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, adhering to consumer laws
- Develop and implement initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
- Contribute to improvement plans in response to customer surveys
- Follow defined procedures and guidelines to achieve results
- Support organizational goals by collaborating with colleagues and leadership
- Opportunities for weekend overtime based on business needs
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service
- Ability to follow well-defined procedures and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently from home
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help others
- Comfortable working in EST or CST business hours
