You will become part of our dedicated team and take on technical support and consulting for our customers in the window and door industry. You will plan and conduct training courses independently. This also includes coordination with machine, fitting, and profile manufacturers. A central part of your work will also be hotline support, which you can provide from your home office. In addition, you will support the sales department with product presentations and trade fair appearances and work together with specialized colleagues from the field of machine control, especially when setting up machines. You enjoy working in direct contact with customers - because at the beginning of every project, your focus is on determining customer requirements.

• Independent implementation and support of IT Projects
• Technical support and consulting for our customers
• After-sales service and hotline support
• Participation in product presentations and support of the sales Team
• Participation in trade fairs and other industry Events
• Collaboration in project management

We are looking for:

• Technical experience in the field of windows, doors, or facades
• Sound IT knowledge and a good understanding of digital solutions
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
