About the role:

Growth is the engine of our agency. As a Senior Designer / ACD on the Growth Team, you are the tip of the spear. You’ll be responsible for creating beautiful digital experiences from concept to final execution, often at high speed. Leave the ‘pixel-pushing’ mindset at the door. We aren't looking for someone to spend a week nudging a button and defining a perfect design system; we need a thinker who can see a vision and can prototype a concept in hours.

One day you’ll be spearheading a high-stakes pitch deck that wins a Fortune 100 account; the next, you’re architecting a new product offering. The "ups and downs" are real—it’s a sprint to the finish line one day and breathing room to sharpen your craft the next.

We need someone who thrives in that ebb and flow and genuinely gets energized by the ‘hustle’ of new business. You are a strategic craftsperson who refuses to be boxed into a single specialty. While you have a deep love for the 'making,' you’re ready to trade the endless cycle of client revisions for the high-stakes world of velocity and variety.

You are a lifelong learner who thrives on the 'new'—whether that’s mastering a fresh AI workflow or prototyping a product that doesn’t exist in the market yet. You don’t just adapt to change; you’re energized by it. We mastered the art of working remotely since long before “corona” meant anything other than a tasty beverage.

This is a remote role, based in Poland. You’ll be collaborating with a fully remote team spread across North America and beyond. You must be flexible to join some evening calls for briefings with our North American team.

We aim for morning overlap, but the nature of growth means occasional late-day flexibility.

What You’ll be Doing (including but not limited to):

• Creative Leadership: Provide vision and execution on growth proposals and new business pitches. You love the thrill of the win.
• Systems Thinking: You don’t just design pages; you think in prototypes and scalable systems.
• High-Speed Prototyping: Your first instinct isn’t to overthink the backend - it’s to visualize the solution. You know when to go deep on details and when to move fast.
• AI-Augmented Workflows: You don’t just think AI is "important" - you thrive in the space. You’re actively experimenting with AI tools to accelerate workflows, generate concepts, and stay ahead of the curve.
• Versatility: You’re ready to roll with the punches. You understand that in new business, some of your best work might end up on the cutting room floor - and you’re okay with that.
• Execution: You execute groundbreaking concepts for products, websites, landing pages, and integrated campaigns. This is a very hands-on role, so you will have to be comfortable executing, creating PRDs and partnering with the tech team to bring your ideas to life.
• You’ve dipped your toes in product design and understand how to get a quick MVP out the door without needing to know all the requirements.
• Provide creative oversight to more junior team members on the growth team to ensure your team’s output is sound and strategic. Some of your projects will have to work within existing brand style guides, while other projects will require an entirely unique visual approach.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget.
• Work with external developers to ensure the final build reflects your team’s design vision.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant design experience at either an interactive design agency or an in-house creative department for a well-respected brand is required.
• A polished interactive design portfolio in English that contains stunning web and mobile designs for consumer-facing brands.
• Experience leading a project from conception to execution.
• Experience leading a creative team.
• Proficient with industry standard design tools and practices (e.g. Figma, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• The willingness to accept constructive creative feedback from your executive creative directors, peers, and clients, and to come up with smart solutions that address that feedback.
