We’re expanding our Inside/National Sales team and looking for motivated, results-driven Account Executives who are hungry to grow their business and make serious money.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of proven wholesale mortgage experience (Non-QM highly preferred) or current experience as an Account Manager within the wholesale mortgage space wanting to get into the Sales production side of the business
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move quickly.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and outreach strategies.
- A problem-solver with a solution-focused mindset.
- A self-starter with the drive to make money and crush goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow relationships with mortgage bankers and brokers nationwide.
- Focus on selling — originate loans and hand them off to our support staff.
- Partner closely with brokers and internal teams to move loans smoothly from submission to close.
- Work directly with senior leadership on strategy, goals, and growth plans.
- Meet or exceed production targets and reporting expectations.
- No NMLS license required (except Nevada and Hawaii).
- Confidently use mortgage tech tools to manage your pipeline and maximize results.
