End Date: 31 December 2025 (with potential for extension)
Schedule: 5 days/week, 4 hours/day
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Business Assistant to support a senior leader within a high-impact security-focused team for a global technology giant. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment and enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and contributing to operational excellence.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to address some of the most critical challenges in digital security. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisation and communication, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for a senior executive
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Track and submit expense reports
- Organise meetings, events, and team off-sites, including logistics and materials
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support team operations and rhythm of the business activities
- Assist with team morale initiatives and broader organisational events
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with other administrative and operations staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative, business support, or customer service roles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and solve problems proactively
- Professional presence and ability to represent the team confidently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing budgets for events, travel, or training
- Prior experience in a lead or mentoring administrative role
- Familiarity with internal business tools and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Experience supporting executives in a corporate environment
