Job Description:
Role : Project Manager – Infrastructure / Information Security role
Location : Poland
Work Type: Remote (Occasional visit to onsite Romania & Spain)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Infrastructure and Information Security initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills and be capable of operating complex projects .
Expectations:
The person needs to have at least 15 years of PM experience (non-ERP applications, may include some ERP, but not their only experience), strong turn-around manager experience with excellent/strong stakeholder management.
Vendor management experience. Daily stand-ups and strong personality to handle challenging stakeholders and customers.
Experience delivering projects in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
