What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Resolve escalated customer service issues, ensuring a high-quality service experience for consumers
- Utilize multiple Windows-based programs to manage data and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate solutions that benefit both customers and the employer
- Complete consumer satisfaction reviews and ensure compliance with company policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- At least 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
