Multimedia Designer

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Multimedia Experience Designer. This is a fully remote position that will to any time zone within the continental U.S.__*This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*

As a Multimedia Experience Designer, you will design and develop interactive training materials using MDX to create a digital cinema-style learning experience that blends technical writing, multimedia, and instructional design.What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build engaging training content using MDX that aligns with learning objectives and training goals
• Write and edit technical documentation, user guides, and training manuals/playbooks
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to incorporate accurate and relevant information
• Enhance the user experience by integrating multimedia elements such as images, videos, and animationsRequired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience creating training content or technical documentation with MDX or similar technologies
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in MDX (Markdown/JSX),HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong capability in multimedia content creation, including animation, podcasts, and/or motion graphicsDesired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with sales enablement, UX design principles, and e-learning module development
• Prior experience in FinTech or SaaS industries highly valued!__*Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths!*
