Hello

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. This is a coordination-focused role best suited for someone who excels in administrative support, scheduling, and communication—not sourcing or recruiting.

Remote Roles – PST Hours only - Must be currently living in the USA

Pay Rate: $33/hr on W2

Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

No C2C or H1B or 1099 or TN Visa or F1 (CPT or OPT) at this time.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to manage the logistics of the hiring process, from interview scheduling to system updates and candidate communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative support role

Demonstrated success managing high-volume interview scheduling (virtual and onsite).

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)—Workday and iCIMS.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate all stages of the interview process, including video and onsite interviews, in collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the ATS and HR systems, including interview notes, documentation, and status updates.

Own logistics for new hire onboarding tasks (e.g., background check follow-up, coordination with IT for equipment).

Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a white-glove experience throughout the process.

Proactively identify and escalate scheduling or process issues that may impact timelines.

Contribute to process improvements and support project-based work within the Talent Acquisition function.
