NewGeos is a young international recruitment firm , based in Dubai, specializing in healthcare, medical technologies, and biotechnology.

We help hospitals, clinics, start-ups, and scale-ups find the best medical and scientific talent worldwide.

We are now looking for an experienced recruiter with a background in health, medtech, or life sciences recruiting, who can take ownership of sourcing, qualifying, and engaging high-quality candidates.Your Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and outreach to interviews and candidate management — while also spotting new recruiting opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

• Publish job ads on relevant platforms.
• Sort and screen CVs to identify top candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews (phone, video, or in person).
• Communicate with candidates, including sending rejections.
• Reach out via email and LinkedIn to candidates who may be open to career changes.
• Cold-call candidates to explore their interest in new opportunities.

Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment within health, medtech, biotech, or life sciences.
• Strong ability to source, screen, and qualify high-quality candidates.
• Comfortable with outreach and cold calling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and metrics-driven.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
