At Movesmethod, we help people move better, live pain free, and take control of their bodies by improving their mobility. We have over 200,000 customers across 50 plus countries and we're growing fast.
Behind the scenes, we're running a world class direct response marketing machine, spending over 7 figures a month across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok. Funnels are launching, creatives are in production, split tests are running, emails are going out, and new landing pages are being built all at the same time.
We need someone to keep it all moving.
The Role
You'll be the traffic controller for our entire marketing operation.
Right now, coordination lives across Slack threads, Notion boards, and people's heads. We need one person whose job it is to make sure every project is tracked, every deadline is hit, and nothing falls through the cracks.
If you've worked in direct response marketing before, whether that's e-comm, an agency, info products, or coaching, you know how fast things move and how much falls apart without someone keeping the wheels on.
You Need To Have
- Real experience in direct response marketing. You know what a VSL funnel is, what ascension rate means, and how split tests work.
- 2+ years managing projects in a fast paced marketing environment (DTC, agency, info products, or coaching/consulting)
- Hands on experience with Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Understanding of paid media workflows. You don't need to be buying the ads, but you need to understand the process from brief to live ad to performance review.
- Obsessive attention to detail. You're the person who catches what everyone else missed.
- Sharp written communication. We're async first, so your Slack messages and docs need to be clear and to the point.
- Comfort with AI tools. If you're not already using AI to get more done, this isn't the right fit.
- Self motivated. We're fully remote. Nobody is going to micromanage you. You own your output.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Owning our marketing project board in Notion. Every project has a clear owner, deadline, status, and daily updates. No ambiguity.
- Running standups and weekly marketing syncs. Keeping people aligned, surfacing blockers, capturing action items, and holding people accountable.
- Coordinating funnel launches and split tests. We're always launching something new. You'll manage the checklist, make sure tracking is set up, and QA everything before it goes live.
- Maintaining a live view of all active funnels. What stage they're in, what's being tested, how they're performing, and what needs to happen next.
- Being the bridge between creative, media buying, ops, and leadership. Making sure the right people have what they need, when they need it.
- Keeping the data clean. Our analytics stack including Hyros, Meta, GHL, and Vidalytics needs to be accurate so we're making decisions off real numbers.
- Documenting and improving processes. Building SOPs that the team actually follows.
- Using AI and automation to work faster. We use AI tools daily and we expect you to as well.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Hyros, Vidalytics, Zapier, or Google Tag Manager
- Background in health, fitness, or wellness
- Experience managing creative production (video scripts, ad creatives, landing pages)
- Familiarity with Skool, Whop, or similar platforms
- Experience working across time zones with a global team
The Offer
OTE of $8,000 USD per month ($96,000 annually).
