Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will identify new market opportunities, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Additional duties include representing Murrelektronik at industry events, preparing sales reports, and supporting the overall business development efforts within the region.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills in the industrial automation sector. Including managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets
- Experience in account management and building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Indepth Knowledge of automation technology, industrial installations, fieldbus systems and decentralized automation solutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a regional territory
- Proficiency with CRM Salesforce and sales reporting software
