Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an International Sales Manager. The role involves developing and managing relationships with international clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing sales agreements. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and generate tailored solutions for customer needs. Regular communication with stakeholders and participation in global trade events are essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of agricultural products, particularly fertilizers, is preferred
  • Ability to analyze market trends and craft customer-tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
