We're looking for a Product Designer to own product design end-to-end across our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead design discovery with clients: workshops, user interviews, problem framing, and turning ambiguity into direction
- Translate business goals into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Design high-fidelity UI: screens, components, and lightweight design systems tailored to each product
- Design AI-first product patterns: LLM interfaces, agent UX, RAG-driven UIs, and the prompt mechanics that make them feel magical
- Partner with PMs and Engineers from kickoff to launch, owning the design quality bar throughout
- Present and defend your work directly to clients. Take feedback, iterate fast, ship sharper
- Use Figma dev mode and Figma MCP to keep handoff clean and dev-friendly
- Build internal design playbooks and reusable starting points that speed up every new project
- Pull AI tools (Claude) into your daily workflow to design more, faster
- Step in across the full lifecycle, from sales-stage scoping decks to post-launch polish
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years designing digital products end-to-end, ideally in an agency, studio, or startup environment
- Strong portfolio of shipped products that real users use, not just concepts
- Comfortable across the full design stack: discovery, UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff
- Figma power user. You live in components, variables, dev mode, and you're already exploring Figma MCP
- AI-fluent: Figma AI and Claude are part of how you work daily
- Comfortable designing AI-first product patterns (LLM UX, agentic flows, RAG)
- Excellent written and verbal communicator. You can present to clients, defend decisions, and adapt on the fly
- Ownership mentality. You see gaps and fill them.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). This is a client-facing role.
