Client Support Specialist

What We Are Looking For

• Client-focused with 1+ year in customer support/client service
• Explains financial topics clearly (spoken and written)
• Proactive, hands-on team player; follows through
• Independent, organized, and detail-oriented; values accuracy
• Excellent Dutch, very good English

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with existing and potential clients and investors via phone and email
• Consult clients on NEO Finance products and services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Identify client needs, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvements
• Propose practical ideas to improve client communication and support processes and help implement them
• Process client information and accurately enter data into internal systems
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and results-driven client support
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results independently
