Role Description
The Junior Financial Analyst role at Northbridge BI is a full-time remote position. In this role, the analyst reviews and interprets financial statements, supports the preparation of financial reports, and contributes to financial planning activities such as budgeting and forecasting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing trends in revenue and expenses, reconciling financial data from multiple sources, and preparing summaries and visualizations to support internal and client decision-making. The analyst collaborates with senior team members to maintain accurate financial models, assist in variance analysis, and help translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and familiarity with Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess Financial Planning skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should have proficiency with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI or reporting platforms).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; internship or entry-level experience in a financial or analytical role is an advantage.
