Nuraya Collection is hiring: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We are building a design-led luxury hotels across Africa, and content is a core part of how we attract investors to fund our upcoming projects and grow our brand.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help us build a consistent content engine and drive inbound investor leads.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create and schedule posts (reels, captions, stories, long-form)
• Develop content calendars and growth strategy
• Manage DMs and convert inbound interest into leads
• Build simple funnels (lead capture, email flows, webinars)
• Engage audience and grow our investor community
• Track performance and optimize content

• Strong content creator and storyteller
• Comfortable in-front of the camera
• Killer editing skills
• Understands social media growth and engagement
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Thinks commercially (content → leads → revenue)
