Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a THN (Technology and Hardware Network) professional. The role involves managing and troubleshooting IT and network systems, setting up and maintaining hardware and software components, and providing technical support to team members. Collaboration with the broader team to ensure system performance and identifying areas for IT process improvements will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with network systems, hardware setup, and troubleshooting
• Experience in implementing and maintaining software solutions and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address technical issues
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Availability for part-time commitment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in offshore or remote IT support services is a plus
