Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $60,000 – $100,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential or commercial properties remotely. The role combines tenant relations with operational discipline — keeping properties leased, maintained, and financially healthy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage tenant relationships, including lease execution, renewals, and disputes

- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships

- Process rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting entries

- Maintain accurate records in property management software

- Conduct virtual property inspections and vendor coordination

- Ensure compliance with fair housing, lease, and local regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years in property management or real estate operations

- Hands-on with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, RealPage)

- Strong written and verbal communication and tenant relations skills

- Familiarity with fair housing laws and lease administration

- Comfort coordinating remote vendor and contractor relationships

- Property management certification (CPM, ARM) is a plus
