Marketing and Growth Lead

At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer who wants real ownership and the freedom to get things done.

We're reshaping how marketing works at OTGS and looking for someone who can understand the business, spot opportunities, and turn ideas into action. This is not a role where you'll only create strategies or manage others - we need someone who enjoys doing the work themselves.

We'd especially love to meet someone with experience in a SaaS, software, or WordPress environment who is comfortable working with technical products and customers.

Requirements

What we're looking for

You don't need to be an expert in every area of marketing. We're looking for someone who is versatile, curious, and comfortable taking ownership - someone who can move across different areas, learn quickly, and figure out what needs attention.

AI is a core part of how we work at OTGS. We'd like to work with someone who already uses AI as a practical part of their day-to-day marketing work - through agents, automation, integrations, research, analysis, content workflows, campaigns, or other applications.

You'll have a lot of autonomy. We expect you to take the time to understand our products, customers, market, and competitors, use data and your experience to identify where marketing can make an impact, and then take those ideas through to execution.

You'll have the freedom to suggest ideas, experiment, challenge assumptions, and help shape our marketing direction, while taking ownership of the work and its results.
