The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, someone who lives and breathes full-cycle recruiting, has a background in agency recruiting, and knows how to find exceptional talent in competitive markets. You’ll own the hiring process for AE and SDR roles, drive candidate pipelines, and partner directly with our leadership to deliver top-tier talent.
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategy.
• Source and attract top talent using creative methods, LinkedIn, social media, ATS tools, job boards, and beyond.
• Conduct thorough pre-screen interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular KPI reports.
• Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends and continuously improve processes.
• Own your success with bonus-earning potential based on performance, no cap, all driven by your effort.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency or high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting AEs, SDRs, or other sales roles in SaaS or tech industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Critical thinker, problem solver, and team player with a sense of ownership.
