We are recruiting an mid full stack developer with React Native experience to help drive our impact across our growing customer base in Physitrack and Champion Health.
- Job Type: Fully remote. Occasional travel to build relationships with the team.
- Hours: Full-Time.
- Base Salary: €4-6k per month, B2B contract
- Location: Poland

About The Role We're looking for a proactive Full Stack Engineer who's eager to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality, performant code. You won't just wait for tickets — you'll take initiative, work across the stack, and adapt quickly when priorities shift. We value doers with an open mind, ready to dive into both backend and frontend when needed. If you prefer asking for forgiveness over waiting for permission, you'll fit right in. Minimum Qualifications
- Can-do attitude and end to end ownership (being customer and product oriented)
- Proficiency in React.js framework
- Experience in backend Node.js-based solutions with MongoDB
- Experience developing mobile apps
- Following best practices: test coverage, code review, design patterns
- Good written and spoken English and Polish
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in a SaaS product company
- Experience working with React Native
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Sentry, Grafana etc.)
- Good writing ability (demonstrated by documentation, READMEs, or blog posts)
- Experience as a remote developer in a fully remote team
