Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Conveyancing Secretary. The Conveyancing Secretary will provide administrative support to the conveyancing team, including drafting correspondence and documents, managing case files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining contact with clients. Other key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards and assisting with the efficient management of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in document preparation, formatting, and general administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational capabilities with experience in managing case files and maintaining schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and conveyancing professionals
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in handling legal documentation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with relevant legal software applications and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively under deadlines
  • Experience in legal and conveyancing support role is advantageous
