We’re looking for a dependable and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of an 8-figure eCommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You won’t just manage tasks. You’ll create order, anticipate needs, and help free up the founder’s time to focus on strategy and growth.

- Direct collaboration with the founder: Work closely with decision-makers and gain exposure to how a scaling eCommerce brand operates

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Managing complex international travel and scheduling to ensure smooth transitions
- Acting as a central coordination point for the 20-person remote team
- Monitoring Slack and email, prioritizing key communication, and ensuring follow-ups happen
- Creating and documenting clear processes to reduce operational friction
- Tracking deliverables and holding internal and external stakeholders accountable
- Managing the founder’s calendar to protect focus time and improve productivity
- Supporting onboarding logistics for new hires
- Handling essential administrative tasks and personal logistics where required
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently
- Experienced with tools like Slack, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems
- Strong communicator who knows when to escalate and when to resolve independently
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Respectful of boundaries while understanding that flexibility is sometimes required in growth-stage companies
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand
- Familiarity with project management or time-tracking systems
- Fluency in Polish
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: You’ve taken ownership of calendar management, travel coordination, and internal systems. You understand priorities and operate with minimal guidance
- 60 Days: The team sees you as the go-to person for operational clarity. You’ve implemented at least one process improvement
- 90 Days: The founder has significantly more strategic bandwidth, and key workflows are running more smoothly and predictably
