• Review and verify records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Organize and maintain digital files and health records databases

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
• Must meet daily and weekly data entry targets and accuracy benchmarks
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
