Role Description:Sales Administration Manager (Part-Time, Remote, Commission-Based)We are seeking a Sales Administration Manager to join small independent consulting business team. This is a part-time, remote, commission-based opportunity. Please only apply if you are ready for the commission based only.

This role ideal for graduated and professionals looking for a flexible side job and actively involved in networking events for early-career professionals in the UK. It requires a proactive, self-starting mindset, excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong eagerness to gain hands-on experience in sales, consulting, and education networking.

The Sales Administration Manager will work closely with the Sales Director to support business development and outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and find potential leads using sales tools
  • Sending outreach emails and LinkedIn (NO COLD CALLING)
  • Assisting with sales coordination and administrative support
  • Engaging with international graduates and early-career professionals through online platforms and networking events

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work with sharing profit/commission-based only
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset, highly motivated.
  • Interested in gaining experience in sales, consulting, or education
  • Active in professional networking events
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Experience working with international students or recent graduates (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
