🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Performance & Operations Specialist (French Speaker) 🚀
Are you analytical, proactive, and fluent in French? We are looking for a Performance and Operations Specialist to join our client's Retention team in the Telecommunications sector!
In this role, you will work closely with the Operational Manager, bridging the gap between Operations and Management to drive operational excellence and business growth.
📍 Role Overview:
- Position: Performance & Operations Specialist (M/F/X)
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Portugal)
- Contract: Permanent Contract (Direct with client) + 6-month probation period
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts: 07:00–16:00 | 08:00–17:00 | 09:00–18:00)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze productivity, quality, and sales KPIs; identify trends, risks, and actionable improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analyses, manage action plans, and track operational initiatives to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with quality standards and internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.
💡 What We Are Looking For:
- Languages: C2 level in French + C1 level in English (Mandatory).
- Experience: Background in Operations, Performance Management, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement.
- Skills: Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and translating data into business insights.
- Bonus: Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, Sales, or Retention environments is a strong plus!
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: €1,500 / month (paid x14 months)
- Target Bonus: Up to €300 / month (paid x12 months)
- Language Allowance: €250 / month (€100 French + €150 English)
- Meal Allowance: €10.20 per worked day (paid x11 months)
- Flex Work / Remote Allowance: €60 / month (paid x11 months)
