Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond carefully to all customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call proactively
• Communicate appropriately with customers
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell when required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred but not required

Work from Home Requirements:
• Internet with minimum 15.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload speeds
• ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• No Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN internet connections
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
