What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases to appropriate staff
  • Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up to ensure inquiries are resolved
  • Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve inquiries and cross-train new resources
  • Recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve efficiency in processing client inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Proficiency in help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional responses to inquiries
  • Ability to work as part of a team and identify the right stakeholders to consult for issue resolution

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
