Support Executive - IHA (In-Home Assessment)Role Overview
- Advantmed is seeking highly organized and detail-driven (Remote) Support Executives to support our In-Home Assessment (IHA) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative workflows, member activities, and provider visit logistics to ensure smooth field execution
- This role is heavily focused on coordination, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Work Schedule
- Shift Hours{{:}} 4{{:}}00 AM - 1{{:}}00 PM PST / 5{{:}}00 AM - 2{{:}}00 PM PST
- Weekend Coverage{{:}} Occasional (1-2 weekends per month, as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows for member activities
- Coordinate pre-visit preparation, routing, and post pre-visit documentation
- Process and manage{{:}}
- Member letters and communication workflows
- Task routing and internal queues
- Support provider-related operations, including{{:}}
- Visit coordination logistics
- Gift card tracking and handling processes
- Perform routing and scheduling support for onshore provider visits using mapping tools
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates
- Assist in payroll preparation activities
- Ensure timely task completion while maintaining high data accuracy standards
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, dispatching, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Experience using routing/navigation tools (e.g., MapQuest, Google Maps)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Comfortable working early morning PST hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical environment
- Familiarity with care coordination or provider operations workflows
- Experience handling sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environmentCore Competencies

Work Environment & Requirements
