- Starting pay of $18.85 per hour, with a scheduled pay increase after 6 months
- Weekend shift differential, earning an additional 10% ($20.74 per hour)
- Additional $1.00/hour for bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
- Tenure-based growth with scheduled pay increases of up to $2.25 between 6-18 months

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for various services
- Document member details promptly and accurately while ensuring their immediate safety
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to expedite the dispatching process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and a strong desire to assist those in distress
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
