What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships to generate revenue
  • Utilize a computerized system for identifying customer needs and tracking contacts
  • Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
  • Provide support to technicians through incoming calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
  • Ability to type at least 36 words per minute
  • Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • A private home office suitable for remote work during scheduled shifts
