What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Conduct daily production work related to processing bookings with high quality and accuracy
  • Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of bookings using the reservation system
  • Provide exceptional guest service through all lines of communication, maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with professionalism and confidence
  • Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with excellent task management skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations is preferred but not required
