What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
- Make outbound calls as necessary based on business needs
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately using Case Management or CRM systems
- Maintain a high degree of quality in customer interactions as measured by internal quality monitoring and surveys
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Strong listening and human relations skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and understand the workflow of inquiry resolutions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with CRM applications or case management systems
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Strong typing and writing abilities to respond to inquiries
- Familiarity with electronic communication channels
