What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for insurance issuers, agents, web brokers, and state agencies
- Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts for marketplace applications
- Triage inquiries and direct them to the appropriate marketplace systems and business groups
- Deliver accurate responses to customer inquiries and ensure effective routing of IT issues
- Utilize a Knowledge Base to document information and provide guidance to customers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- GED or higher
- Experience with customer follow-up and thorough documentation of contacts
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of CxOne and ServiceNow
- Experience in high-volume IT support environments
