This is a remote position.
The Remote Data Entry Worker will accurately enter, update, and manage data in RRTMAX internal systems to support operations, billing, inventory, and reporting. This role demands attention to detail, consistent performance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Enter data from electronic or scanned documents (invoices, forms, equipment logs) into internal databases or spreadsheets

Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted

Update existing records (rental histories, inventory levels, billing info) as new information arrives

Identify and flag discrepancies; collaborate with relevant teams to resolve errors

Maintain daily / weekly throughput and meet quality standards set by management

Adhere to company policies on data privacy and confidentiality
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred but not mandatory

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools

Strong typing skills, high accuracy, and careful attention to detail

Good organizational skills and ability to manage time independently

Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment
