We’re growing our administrative and support teams to help streamline internal operations and maintain the high-quality standards Kennedys is known for. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our global team on a part-time, remote basis.

About the Role

As a Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our internal databases accurate, organized, and up to date. You’ll work closely with members of our business operations, HR, and finance departments to input, review, and manage a wide range of data with precision and confidentiality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values accuracy, and thrives in a structured and flexible work environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team that appreciates diligence, consistency, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Entering, updating, and verifying data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Reviewing digital and scanned documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identifying and correcting data entry errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive or client-related information.
  • Assisting with generating reports and summaries from internal systems.
  • Collaborating with other administrative and project teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Supporting various departments by organizing and digitizing records as needed.

You’ll report to the Data Operations Manager and will work closely with colleagues across multiple regions — meaning good communication and time management skills are essential.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and meticulous. You take pride in doing things right the first time and are comfortable working independently.

Required qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance principles.
